Dave Hoffman from the US Marine Corp. Reserve spoke at the Tipp City Rotary Club meeting on Veterans Day, November 10, 2009.  Dave discussed the Toys for Tots program which he coordinates for Miami, Shelby, Auglaize, and Mercer Counties.  Nationally, Toys for Tots started in 1946, and has grown to in 2008 over 7 million needy children received toys.  Pictured in the photograph provided by the Tipp City Rotary Club are Dave Hoffman (left) and Program Chairperson Mel Kemmer.
