Anthony Day joined the Tipp City Rotary Club on February 10, 2010. Anthony is an Associate in the law firm of Lovett & Lovett (www.lovettlawoffice.com), and has recently moved to Tipp City. Additionally, Mike McDermott from Bash Foo Social Media spoke at the Tipp City Rotary Club meeting on February 10, 2010. Mike shared how useful social media tools are in building communities of people interested in a product or service and then how a business owner could then tap into that energy and discussion. Mike also provided examples of how businesses that do use social media tools to listen to and engage in online conversations can increase their relevance and grow leads into sales. “Facebook.com is the number one destination on the Internet, if you are not using it to market your business, you may be missing out” stated McDermott.
