Law & Ordinance Committee (Schweser [Chm.], Kendall, Phillips)
1. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the zoning code amendments contained in Ordinance No. O-2-2010. (Public Hearing will be held at 1-19-2010 Council meeting.)
2. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding an amendment to the sign code to add the following regarding temporary signs, which wording was inadvertently left off the last revision, to subsection (4) of Section 749.11:
" Maximum Area. The maximum area of any temporary sign shall not exceed a total of forty-eight (48) square feet, with no single face exceeding twenty-four (24) square feet."
3. Provide a recommendation to Council regarding the replat of Inlots 8834, 9163 and 9164 to remove un-needed easements, and the dedication of right-of-way. Lots are located in the Laurel Creek Subdivision. Replat recommended by the Troy Planning Commission.
