The Jordan World Circus once again visited the historic Hobart Arena in downtown Troy, an annual even for the past several years. Monday's sole evening performance features the usual three ring performance, complete with exotic animals, human acrobatic performances and the fan favorite motor cycle "cage of death" event.

As part of the lead-in to the event, Jordan provided free children's ticket vouchers throughout the northern Miami Valley, and at 6pm the line waiting for the Hobart gates to open spanned nearly to the Adams Street Bridge (pictured).

For the fourth time this season, the Piqua High School Show Choir “The Company” earned an Overall Grand Championship this past weekend at the Twinsburg Northcoast Invitational. In addition, they also won the following awards:

• Class B Grand Champion
• Best Overall Choreography
• Best Overall Show Concept
• Best Overall Crew
• Best Instrumental Combo
• Judges Choice Award “Freak Flag”
• Best Female Soloist (Madison Simpson)
• Individual Performer (Morgan Brinkman)

The Piqua High School Show Choir is ranked 5th nationally by the Show Choir rating system. Congratulations on an amazing season!!!!
