EARL E. HOFFMAN
Earl E. Hoffman, 84, of 1045 Park Ave., Piqua, died Sunday June 27, 2010 at his residence. He was born March 31, 1926 in South Webster to the late Pete and Bessie Hoffman. He married Ruth A. Bays July 11, 1950 in South Webster; she preceded him in death January 23, 1998.
Survivors include a daughter Deborah L. (Randall L.) Weaver of Piqua; a granddaughter Maggie (Vaughn) Atkinson; two great grandchildren; and a sister Madalene Rawlins of South Webster. He was preceded in death by a brother.
Mr. Hoffman worked at the former Val Decker Meat Processing Plant for thirty-four years, then Hobart Brothers in Troy where he retired following twelve years of service.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 am Friday, July 2, 2010 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Rev. Richard L. Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
