I visited the Penn Station on June 22, 2010 at lunch time. The first thing I noticed was the new décor. No more local jerseys and cheerleading outfits on the wall. Now pictures of their menu options adorn the walls. It is a nice change.
The restaurant was very busy. Our order taker was pleasant. I ordered the famous Philly Cheese steak and fries. The meal was delivered to me within 5 minutes of being seated. Not only was the service fast which is a big deal at lunch time, but the food was fresh and delicious.
One of the staff was walking around picking up trays and asking how everything was. This is a really nice touch. Another nice attribute is their restroom was very clean. The staff even said goodbye when leaving.
Would definitely visit again soon!
